Amnon Gitelson has been in real estate development and construction for over 35 years
His longevity in the business is a result of genuine understanding of the market and his clients. Starting in Canada as a development manager, Amnon worked on major projects such as the 600 room Quebec Hilton Hotel, renovation of the largest historical building in Toronto. Furthermore, he developed neighborhood shopping centers, 142 suburban townhomes and many single family homes.
In 1985, Amnon moved to the United States where he headed a 120 lot subdivision in Yorktown, New York. The project was the largest in Northern Westchester and gained much recognition for its numerous cul-de-sacs, home designs and happy, friendly neighborhood layout.
Savyon Development was created by Amnon Gitelson in 1996 with the purpose of building custom homes. The company is self-financed and has built over 30 luxury homes in upper Westchester in the towns of Briarcliff Manor, Chappaqua and Armonk. Savyon Development has developed close working relationships with some of the best local craftsmen and is in constant pursuit of design quality in every luxury home that is built.
